Wow... i have not seen this type of cocoyam before. Please can you do a video on the different types of cocoyam and their uses? I know only two types... the small hairy ine that Igbo call ede, for thickening soup, then one that is not hairy and a bit bigger, that we call taro in the US. I am in Barbados now and they have one type here that they call eddoes, it looks like ede but bigger.
