It depends on your definition of late. America joined WW2 in 1942, three years before the war would end. America joined WW1 in 1917, a year before the war ended. Let's just all agree that America was basically the reason why the Allies won both WW1 and WW2.
Austin Bosh first off, great first name sir, second, yea, that’s the case to some degree, in WWI, America just had fresh supplies and numbers, and it was the exact thing that GB and France needed. And then in WWII, honestly the Germans probably would’ve lost against the Soviets in the end, but the U.S getting involved just sealed Germany’s fate, granted the U.S did take some time to get itself together and decide to end the European theater first, but yea, the U.S did kinda cause the end of both world wars
@@austinmiller1097 the Germans would have won against the Soviets if America hadn't joined. Everyobody seems to forget the Japanese, and their expansionist plans into Siberia after china. And the fact that the USA supplied most of the USSR's logistics vehicles (nearly 400,000 trucks, and 2,000 locomotives), letting soviet factories concentrate on turning out planes and tanks. Also remember that the Americans supplied around 7,000 tanks, and 11,000 aircraft. Added to the fact that the air war over Germany would be MUCH less contested, and the Soviets would have basically either starved out, or not had enough tanks/planes/guns to repel the German invaders, much less a two front war with the Japanese, too.

Everyone sort of forgets the only reason the Soviets had the supplies to fight the Germans was because America was giving the Soviets the supplies in the first place. That's the reason I state that America is the reason the Allies won the war.

If you go back and look at the video, you will notice that all provinces have 3 development.
This happens when you have previously set your custom game settings to give all provinces "Random Development".
And then once you close and reopen the game, there is a chance it doesnt load the development values.
I am pretty sure it's the development bug that fucked the game.

Is he using some mod, that makes countries falling apart, creating revolutions etc? (Ottomans were demolished really in early game and lot of countries too) It is really interesting, in my EU IV games every country stays stable, and if countries are not stable, it is funny and interesting, and it makes easy to obtain some provinces.
