I had to come back to this clip after watching Judi on this new series of Taskmaster. I had never seen her before when I first saw this Countdown episode, but after watching her wonderfully stumble her way through all of Greg and Alex's tasks, I'm enjoying this video even more than before.
Producer1: Should we make sure the contestants actually know the rules?

I don't mind it if they are actually funny about it. It was hilarious when Katherine Parkinson was clueless. First time I have seen Judi and it just didn't land for me this time. Was actually just annoying.
I thought itd be much worse without Sean to be honest.
I think they're doing remarkably well.
I don't think Sean would want us all down here mocking it afterward anyhow he'd want us all to keep laughing.
I hope they give us more Roisin and Bob Mortimer theyre my favorites :)
It depends on who they have on really. Some episodes have a good lineup and some episodes don't. Without both Jon and Sean as regulars the weaker episodes are a bit more noticeable now.
@@Unknown-ol2uh Yeah, id love to see Joe take over Sean's role as the permanent captain that'd be great. But we all never expect him to win, we never really expected Sean to win most episodes either but it's next level with Joe. Sean was actually quite good at the game as the years carried on. That's the only real reason I can think as to why they wouldn't pursue Joe as the fill-in. But like...does the game really matter? I always viewed that as secondary.

Not to be "that" guy but he's made the attempt a few times in his early career(he probably prefers having long hair but it didn't suit "jack Dee the character"). It did look slightly odd with no grey.

Didn’t Catherine Tate also “pick” 7 in one episode? Both clearly never saw the show.
Disagree. Catherine had clearly watched the show and was doing it for comic effect. When the maths target was 101, she "declared" on 100, a contestant on the other side (I think it was MIles Jupp) joked he had 102 and she found it funny.

Comedians who play at being stupid are generally clever enough to carry it off. Here's one who isn't.
Those ridiculously sized desks are pointless. Bring back the old setup where the team members could actually interact with each other a bit more which is what created some of the funniest moments

It’s not often I say this about a female comedian because I so badly want to support them, but Judi Love is nothing but annoying. And she is on everything at the moment, everywhere I look. She put me off watching Strictly (and I love Strictly), and the next series of Taskmaster is going to be tough going. Ugh…
