@@jeremylamy2554 well the thing is it feels nothing like a free fall. As someone who goes on roller coasters i always thought it would feel like the drops but 10 times longer i was wrong
I just skydived for the first time yesterday and it was the best thing ever. It was so scary yet liberating. The peace and bliss being in the sky, “flying”. It was quite a memorable experience!!!
How does it compare to a roller coaster? Because I hate that stomach feeling I get when I get on roller coasters I can only imagine it’s 10 times worse skydiving
@@FakieSnipes I'm going for the first time next week and that was my thought also. I heard that no, it doesn't feel like you are on a Rollercoaster you don't feel it in your stomach at all Apparently
@savageGene there is literally 0 stomach feeling, may be you can get it for a second during canopy opening, but you wont pay attention to it because you are literally overloaded with emotions, adrenalin etc. Just took my first jump and its a bliss
I have my first jump in 5 days. I’m doing it to get some excitement and to see the earth falling from 14,000 feet. The guy that mentioned he quit drinking and took up skydiving... that’s amazing! As an alcoholic I feel that these intense activities could help me find a better view on life and find something else to do besides dwell and be sad. I’m so excited!!!! I feel this will help me in so many ways.
BeastGamer851 Yt first time I went it was crazy... you probably expect to have that stomach drop feeling but no! It’s just for a few seconds... after that you feel normal just the wind hitting your face... was nervous at first but I closed my eyes when I jumped out and it helped lol 😂
I skydived for the first time yesterday, it's definitely not for everyone. The free-fall was absolutely terrifying for me, I found it hard to breath, I was absolutely freezing and at times I thought I could've passed out. I am afraid of heights, I have problems letting go of things as well as control issues due to being a passenger in 2 serious car accidents. The best thing for me to do was to put my faith and trust 100% into someone else's hands and try let go of everything. I'm so glad I did it and would recommend it for people as a therapy session but it was the exact opposite of fun for me. Hope this helps anyone wanting to try it out.
Interesting observation, I almost feinted 2 times because of my lack of trust (and or lack of letting go) of my instructor. I still performed like a soldier but that was scary lol
I was a bit worried that my heart would not make it in the freefall. My pulse must have been over 200 bpm. Other than that, probably the most amazing experience in my lifetime, and when the parachute opened, it was almost disappointing.
I was a week away from suicide and I always had skydiving in my back pocket as an emergency last ditch effort to put life into me. While I hate doing it your right the moment that drop starts your truly separated from life and your mind is at peace.
I'm gonna do it for the first time tomorrow morning. I'm very excited about it as it is my dream to do it but on the other hand I'm a bit nervous too because I'm scared of the heights. I hope just like this I will be able to experience all the other exciting things I wish to do. Plus I don't want to look nervous or scared in my video hahahahahahah I am happy 😊
Do it! Just do it, its totally worth it. I was so afraid of heigths i couldnt even look in the sky, but when I did it 2 days ago there was no time to be afraid at all, just pure inner peace
@@babss2285 it was so freaking awesome! I would do it again, the scary part was landing and it was sprinkling a little bit so on the way down it felt like bullets to my face lol but it puts everything into a different perspective. Happy I can mark it off my bucket list 🤪
I just watched this because I'm looking up videos of people's first experience. I'm skydiving for the first time very soon because I am trying to conquer my fears and I have very bad anxiety. Someone told me that skydiving would make everything look minuscule (fear-wise) --- but I have to say, when I saw the girl's face after she did it---she looked like she didn't feel well. I know her ear was clogged, but something was up. What was it? And then comment section kind of scared me too............ I'm so excited to do this, but I am SO terrified!
I’m scared for the free fall part, but I think floating down after would be really peaceful. I have a chance to go for just $150 I have to decide today! I don’t know!
i have a question…when falling does ur stomach have a weird feeling cuz ik when i got on a roller coaster and there’s like a path that goes down really fast my stomach have a weird feeling
Thank you for sharing. Wondering if I am planning too risky, I have never been into high adventures. How is to the idea to do solo skydive for the first time?
It’s the day after my first jump! It’s kind of hard to think I actually did that. So grateful for my video!
How did it go?!?!
