Kills me how people will accept listing a house for $1M and five days later when the house sells for $300k+ over asking it’s normal. However, when an offer is presented $200k less three weeks later a hell breaks loose!
The price is what someone is willing to pay. A few more months, this will be the norm!!!
First! Conflict of Interest!!! This should never happen nor be permitted! The opportunity for double commission results in agents putting their own interests before their clients!
True, but you can already tell that the seller is lazy and expected profits to fall from the sky. If they did any research into a real estate transaction, they would have known.
@stephen876 Agreed and they should have chosen a different agent from the start.
Sellers need to start taking a loss. Let the house of dominos fall.
Thank you have a nice night. I am a successful realtor in Brampton, with a detach listing. detached in Brampton Madoc not even really having showings. Quiet. Semis have dropped in price 150000 in some cases. Detached slow, anything without a separate dwelling not even desired.
Sellers are still imagining pre existing numbers. But they have lost 150000 too.
Unfortunately I've been hearing about this common practice. It's very difficult to deal with an unknown agent. In almost every case the seller has to sell in a short time period. This gives that agent the power to take advantage over the seller.
Thanks for an update!👍👍
A good realtor advertising by word of month and reputation
Extremely rare to find, and the same with having a reliable lawyer and tradesperson as well.
Hahahaha, homes are like 60-70% over valued from all these makeshift hotel businesses that bought to do Airbnb.
Seems like a bit of crying over nothing. Market changes all the time, if the agent can sell at 1.5 Im pretty sure he would, just more commission for him. I mean you already said 1.5 was an unrealistic asking, the seller still went for it. Of course I don't think there is anything wrong with being greedy, but you can't be lazy and not do your homework and cry wolves later.
Please do Halton Region ✌️
1st offer is your best offer lol
No always.
What is price 2018 in that neighborhood.
Thank you for honest advice you are definitely educating everyone too many people get manipulated and cheated with all these agents
Mississauga detached prices seem to be in a consolidation zone. Looks like it is about to break to the upside sooner or later fueled by rate cuts.
Santo we need your wealth!
Why not just counter at 1.45? Why all the drama?
That seller even won't get $1 million after few months.
Wow you hire a realtor to protect your interest. That guy hired a crook!
They're all crooks
Get rid of real estate agent don’t need them
You don’t need to use a Realtor. There are several options to sell or buy yourself.
I would do the same.
I love your strategy of constantly bad mouthing other agents and indirectly programming your viewers brains to thinking that you are the good agent. Smart strategy, you must've taken notes from pierre poilievre
Hey Platinum, so do you think the scenario I told did not happen Or is not something that’s possible?
The situations and stories I tell are experienced in our industry. I’m pulling back the curtain and exposing the bad stuff.
Furthermore, I absolutely would not put my clients in these situations/positions.
But I don’t think any of that matters to you. You’ll find a negative no matter what situation I expose.
@@teamsessa well said
@@teamsessa I will find a negative? it is you who rides on fuelling negativity about other realtors, and it is unfair because those realtors cannot defend themselves in your videos. In every video you find a way to emphasize the short comings of other realtors so as to show yourself as being superior. I just think that it is dirty politics from your side. People will still appreciate you for your amazing chart presentation skills and insights without the bad mouthing. You even have a tag linbe for this strategy, "Who you hire matters". Just an opinion from a regular viewer of your channel.
I would not be tuning in if it were for just the charts 😂
