A lot of these barbell movements hurt the bones in my forearm for some reason. Good thing my gym has pulleys which allow me to use different angles which don't cause pain.
@@The_COMMANDER_9yes it definitely does. Your bones need to be conditioned for armwrestling. There will be aches in your bones if you’re a newer puller.

Everything will add tension to tendons when you train. Heavier thing will add more tension.

I'd say the exact opposite. Get a chair and do holds/negatives from the very top.
The top part is usually where the problem is.
