Thank you so much, this video and the one on what to avoid was really good. I am 65 and learned a lot. Sent this over to my 35 yo daughter so she can take advantage of what I did not know to do. ❤
Absolutely agree that simplicity and cost-effectiveness are key in choosing financial products! Index funds and ETFs offer an accessible entry point into the market with minimal fees, making them ideal for both new and seasoned investors. 👍
On the topic of life insurance, I sell life insurance & if you don’t like the fact that after term expires you lose don’t get the money you paid back at the end, you can get something called ROP Term & you’re able to get all your monthly payments back if you outlive your term, the only drawback is the premium is a little bit more costly than a normal term
My life insurance setback is I have a disability. I work full time, but when I get quotes, it's over $400 a month. WTF. It's one of the main reasons I keep my corporate job since they provide a small policy.
I pay $47 a month for a million dollar term policy. It ends when my youngest graduates college. If I live I’ll call it a wash. If I die my husband and kids will hopefully be ok
The goal in life is to be able to afford to die. Insurance is to bridge the gap in case we pass before we are in a financial position to not need it. I know that a lot of people like to think death could be a great windfall for those we leave behind...but doesn't have to be and shouldn't have to be. I shouldn't have to pay hundreds to thousands a month on some policy when I can invest that same money and build my own wealth
If you have a HSA you can’t contribute to a FSA for medical expenses. You can however have a Limited Expense Health Care FSA. That account only lets you expense dental/vision but not medical. That account also lets you roll over some unused funds to the next year. I think around $500 worth unlike a regular fsa.
Thanks with another fantastic lesson! Do you think that VUSXX is as safe as an FDIC HYSA? VUSXX especially interests me since I am in the highest tax bracket and VUSXX is free of local and state taxes.
What happens if your annual salary is variable and you've been contributing to a Roth and before the year is over, your total annual salary goes above the threshold?
Excellent comments and, I agree with you 100 percent. Forget about everybody else, the only thing that really counts is, what you decide to do financially for yourself and your family. Also, wealth even as a certain dollar value in your investment, retirement, and bank accounts is very subjective. Prefer to use the term financially comfortable which, for myself is as follows: I would buy Bitcoin and buy hard assets like gold /silver as a store of value while also actively trading.....managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 432k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Francine Duguay, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.
It really helped trading with Francine Duguay analysis and info, even with the market in a downward trend. Definitely riding the market wave is a good perspective..
For those supporting a family on wages, it is a protection against loss of support while the family is fully dependent on that wage. I had a 20 year policy when the children were young and I had no assets.
You've already gotten a good answer, but I would add to make sure both parents have term life insurance (even if only one parent works outside the home). If a stay at home parent dies, you'd hope to have enough insurance to cover day care for enough years to get the youngest kid to age 12 or whatever legal latchkey age is in your state. For big families (3+ kids) appropriate coverage approaches $1 million.
It’s absolutely shocking that Google being “all in” on AI can’t figure out how to stop spammers and scammers on YT. The script has been the same for years now and they’re absolutely unhindered.
I have about $250k distributed across various investing accounts, with 35% of my capital invested in an IRA and 25% in index funds. In Q3, 2023, I suffered a great deal. I'm just searching for methods to get better in 2024 right now.

As always great stuff and right to the point, love your videos
Can you make a video which are the best plans for kid's education? I like 529 but too much tax later and the over-funding problem.
I wish the Roth 401k was brought up more. Companies are starting to offer Standard and Roth 401k contribution options more and more.

Can someone please answer why last week the Dow and Gold & Silver were at their highest prices at the same time? Thank you :-)
I have zero interest in a 7.5% fixed rate mortgage.

Thanks for keeping it light and real at the same time. Much needed for us traders in times like these!
The internet is filled with so many useful information about Francine Duguay crypto….
This is why it is advisable to connect with a true market strategist in order to avoid missing such opportunity and maintain steady gains.
She appears to be well-educated and well-read. I ran a Google search on her name and came across her website; thank you for sharing.

Term life insurance is MUCH cheaper than whole life insurance. Whole life insurance is never a good financial option.
Been collecting the Fourprime Token this cycle as that has the right place in this time

And did you find an investor to help you invest all your Bitcoin? What's their name?
Dollars will never be profits for bitcoin, educated investors acquire satoshis to get away from dollars, not gain more 😉
Fourprime will 100x this cycle.. i'm buying everyday
Investing anywhere other than bitcoin during these early adoption years is inefficient 👍
