Thank you so much! I can definitely share that. I use an epson ecotank printer and matte photo paper. My favorite matte photo paper is epson double sided.
Whoo boy…I’m way behind. Your journals are so wonderful and they are sold. (I had an extremely ill 9-year old grand girl who ended up being life-flighted to Seattle Children’s Hospital so we were taking care of her two brothers.) (She’s okay now. It was the SCARIEST thing 😳)
Yes - pneumonia - non Covid. She got so sick SO fast. She didn’t present with the normal symptoms (her mama is a pediatrician) so they just did a chest Xray to be thorough and oh my goodness, her left lung was almost totally white. They immediately started IV everythings and before morning she was way worse - right lung involvement and abcesses in the left lung. It happened sooo fast. I hate to think what would have happened to her if they hadn’t taken the extra precaution to “just take a look” at her lungs.
Wow! That is so very, very scary. I am so glad it was caught. It’s so hard not to worry when they get sick, but it Seems like kids are sick sooo much (at least mine are lately) that you just don’t know when to take action and when it just needs to run it’s course. Ugh you and your family must be quite shaken by the scare. Thinking of you all❤❤❤
Thank you. The GOOD thing about kids is that they recover so much faster than adults. She has no residual and is herself again. She avoided a chest tube because overnight her abcesses had shrunk enough that they felt she was on the mend. BUT, that meant they will never know the pathogen that infected her in the first place. 🤷♀️
