Hi, thx for the lecture. As a 10y Siemens user this confirmed my observations that SmartMa is linear and hence much harder to manage in daily workflow. With Siemens you need 1 protocol, for he you basically need at least 2 or techs and the time who will pay attention and change NI and max mA for obese patients - I don't understand why GE stuck to this technique for over a decade, it wouldn't be hard to flatten the curve and call it a "relative NI" based on a BMI up to 28 or whatever and then reducing mA
