Hi. Under Section E ensure that you include the course that you studied and your matric qualifications in a correct order, don't miss the "current study" as it's applicable. Under work experience you are allowed to include any volunteering work that you have done in the past.

Hey . You can get it at any internet Cafe. Ask for a print out. You'll pay what ever amount they charge for printing.

Yes you can, there's a format that allows you to fill in the form
Does the department accept scanned application forms ?
Usually there's an option to apply online and they do accept a typed in Z83 form, as long you signed at the end under declaration
