If you are not shadow banned, there is no reason to take a break. Just buy premium and start posting

Currently the only way is through Stripe.

If you have 5,000 followers and 100+ comments per post, follow the rules and you will be fine. Group ads exchange is against the monetization rules.

I would recommend Quote Posting as those impressions do count for both you and the original post. Sometimes, I even Quote Post my own content.
