[ENG SUB] Bún Bò Xào Sả, Bí Quyết Làm Thịt Mềm- Best Vietnamese Stir Fry Beef lemongrass Vermicelli

I hope you all doing well!
In this video I would like to share with you an authentic Vietnamese best stir fry beef with vermicelli noodle. This recipe is super easy and fast to make, you can make a delicious and yummy bowl of noodles for your family to enjoy in no time. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Ingredients:
1.2kg beef eye of round
45g pre-chops lemon grass
1 whole pre-chops garlic bulb
2 whole onions (1 pre-chops and 1 cut into small pieces)
1/3 cup of orange or apple juice
11/2 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp of honey if not then sugar
2 tbsp of oil
some hot peppers if you want
How to make fish sauce (cách làm nước mắm):
1/4 cup of fish sauce (nước mắm)
1/4 cup of sugar (Đường Các)
1/2 cup of water (nước)
1 Tbsp of lime juice (nước cốt chanh)
1 Tbsp or less of minced garlic (tổi bạn sử dụng theo ý thích)
1 or 2 hot 🌶 minced it out (sử dụng 1 hoặc 2 trái ớt)
