You should fray the nibs on that orange Ironlak before you juice it. slice the sides with a razor and across the flat part of the tip, that'll make the nib write fatter/thicker and the lines in the side will keep the nib juicy & you won't have to press it down as much. PS OTR & Grog are a waste of money, neither are buffproof and wash away in the rain. The packaging is cute though lol.

And their a bunch of thieves that ask other people for product samples, send it to their manufacturer in China where they run the ink through the lab to find the contents and pretty much steal the recipe and make a cheaper version & rename it under their logo. If you rock with OTR products that's cool, most people don't know the background info. I've been making ink for other shops since 2007 & had my own products all over the USA, Europe, South America & Australia at one time so I know a little something about what they do. Maybe they found another manufacturer to rip off.

That's why there's no more xylene based ink or enamel based aerosol. Everything is watered down acrylic "ink" and synthetic acrylic aerosol. Most of the products today are t built for destruction like back in the day. Everything is safe now just like everything else. I still make & sell my own stuff, old school recipe, xylene based ink that shits all over Krink, otr, grog, etc. They have the name recognition & the pretty labels but the ink is all mediocre at best. Grog squeezers the pigments don't even mix right. And they blame the retailers, it's the materials they use that are cheap & no good. Krink gets all his markers filled from ArroMark, OTR is all made in China. There's like 2 or 3 people still making good handmade & filled products, me being one of them .I don't know how old you cats are but back in the mid 2000s I had my stuff all over Europe, Australia and the USA. That VAT tax fu#ked everything up though.
