The work that must have gone into preparing this level must have been insane. I mean it would literally take forever to make the animation alone even if it wasn't in the game.

Yes, i would enjoy more. And if you don't play on a video thats fine. I love this game and I'm really happy you enjoy this game.
But if do play the other stuff here are some tips. The playlist part you get to play any song you played in the story mode. And you will see extras songs you have not seen before. But they are locked. To unlock them you need to do the objective it says. If they have (challenge) next to the objective you do it in the challenge mode.
The challenge mode is you have three songs you have or haven't seen yet. Which song has the most is the one you are going to be playing. You do this twice. And then a random boss is chosen.
Bp is beat points and you get a rank for the song/songs you play.
S=20bp A=10bp B=5bp C=1bp. And hardcore is twice the bp.
You may know some or maybe all of this, but this just in case.

This was a great playthrough, top notch stuff. Here's how Challenge Mode works if you want to play it:
You can play solo or get put in multiplayer lobbies with up to 3 other people, and you all vote on songs to complete together. You then play through 2 Normal Levels (Including Bonus Tracks you haven't unlocked yet) and then a random Boss from story mode. You'll get points and rank based on how well you did (C Rank to S Rank), and bonus points for any big achievements (or fails) that you did in each level. Then the challenge resets and you can do it all again as much as you like.
The points you earn (Beatpoints) go towards unlocking songs in Free Play, and they're all new. By beating Story Mode, you already have access to every song you played in Story Mode (Except Till It's Over). More Points = More Songs, and there's even songs that you unlock by clearing special conditions in Challenge Mode. Basically, at this point, you only have roughly more than half the soundtrack unlocked.
Also Hardcore difficulty is a thing now and it gives *double* the points in Challenge Mode to make unlocking songs easier, so if you think the game is too easy, go nuts!
