To all the people confused about the game/story, Theodore Masters Peterson [Neighbor] used to live happily with his family in the same small house. Mya Peterson [Daughter] - Aaron Victor Peterson [Son] - Diane Peterson [Wife]. They all lived together, cherishing the times they had. One day, Theodore and Diane were going on a trip, and left the kids home alone for a while. Mya and Aaron were completely left alone. A few weeks of no call from their parents, and it was starting to get strange. After countless days (or weeks), Theodore returned home, but there were no signs of Diane. In the game that originates where “Hello Neighbor” came from, it shows a particular scene of Diane and Theodore driving before unexpectedly getting in a car crash. After the two siblings had figured out of the tragic news, thing’s suddenly changed. Although Diane was gone, Mya tried to stay cheerful as much as she could. But Aaron was different. He would prominently hurt his sister, whether it was physically or mentally. And he grew mentally unstable, throwing tantrums like a 2-year old and locking himself in the bedroom. He would constantly grow colder, and get more violent each day. In the story, even before Diane had passed, Aaron and Mya would play exploring games. It was many fun, but there wasn’t much time for it anymore. After a while, Aaron had decided to ask his sister for a ‘game’. Mya agreed and they began to play ‘hide-and-seek’. Eventually, that game started some ruckus because of Aaron stealing Mya’s precious doll . In the scene, they were on top of the roof, standing on a wooden plank. Aaron left Mya’s doll on the edge of the plank, as if to lure her in. She fell into the trap and grabbed the doll. Before even thinking, she turned around to her brother. He didn’t even hesitate as he pushed the doll out of her hands. It fell off somewhere. Aaron then turned around, carelessly waving his hands around in fury. Out of nowhere, Mya tripped over him accidentally knocking her over, and fell off of the plank. That’s what I got. I believe that when Theodore saw this, he managed to pull Aaron into a closet and lock him in as for him to not hurt himself or even for his own safety.
(If you’ve grown confused of how I’m wording it, please know that there are also other ways to understand. There’s a game on where “Hello Neighbor” originates, and I’m sure there are some other videos that explain much more clearly. Thank you for reading

cory can you come back and go to the rest of the city... just go to the part where the moving platform is (goes across the train track) and jump over to the side and you'll see a very badly programmed wall just crouch and walk through it... then go to the dark doorway and after you get through you'll find a red looking glitchy WHATEVER thingy and walk through it.. you may hear a loud buggy noise but that is normal... TIP: right when you first start the game there is a house to the right ( the house to the left of the neighbors BUT DON'T START THE CUTSCENE) and then you'll notice that the same sound will play (the buggy sound) and then you'll see a weird countdown which i dont think anybody has found out what it means just yet... OH and after you go through the red circle in the dark room you can finally get to go through the ENTIRE map
