I've owned and used both of these kettles.
I hated the Cosori. It would sputter out of the spout and splatter my grinds everywhere in my pour over (V60). Then the handle came loose after a few months.
I really like the OXO but it died within a year, twice. Their warranty process was great and they sent me a refund check for the first one which suddenly stopped turning on. The second one is now showing incorrect temps by ~30 degrees, resulting in continuous boiling. And yes, I maintain it properly with descaling, cleaning, etc.
@David Harbin at what temperatures did it sputter? Was it primarily at full-boil or at all temperatures?

Oxo wins hands-down for me. Full control of temperature directly on the base. No stupid presets. Seriously, do you really need a preset for coffee water?

Your review has made me want the Oxo. Great video, but I am wondering: Have you had your breakers trip while using them?
no, but these are a lot of wattage so if you have other things on the circuit it could overload it and trip the breaker.
Have you had the oxo kettle trip your breaker box i heard that this could happen?Thanks!
