- “Onward & Upwards” and downwards for 2 locks. We make it to Silvan Beach where we meet some, hopefully, future loopers, Curtis & Brittany, from Conesus Lake. Conesus Lake is where Jeff and family (brother, cousins, parents, aunts & uncles, and grandparents) vacationed in the early 60’s.

That's pretty cool I just bought a boat myself a Boston Whaler first beginner can't wait to see you guys in Miami at the Docks thumbs up you guys😅😅😅😊😊
Boston Whalers are great boats. I don't think they can sink if I recall. Hey, thanks for watching!
Please keep reminding us how hard life is dealing with debris in the water, train noise, dirty lock walls, other boaters enjoying the water etc as you see the Country from your boat. Life is soooooo hard!
Just keep'n it real. Believe me, it is not all rainbow and butterflies.
Hey there! We've only put out a few of those stickers - so neat that you spotted it! Thanks for the shout-out! Enjoy your videos, keep up the good work!
We've seen two of your stickers so far. We are just a few days behind you (In Hammond today). We've enjoyed watching your videos too. Safe travels!
Pretty cool to see CoolBeans boat sticker on the wall of the lock as I follow them as well !
As of this afternoon, they are about 2 travel days ahead of us... who knows, we may catch up to them. We'll give them a shout out for you.
@@DriftAway390waiting with baited breath ! Lol
We went to visit my cousin on Jekyll while we spent the weekend in Darien. Decided to go to the marina and look at boats and see all the AGLCA burgees. Saw a boat I liked, but could see what kind, so walked down the slip. Scared the guy on it, but told home what we were doing. Invited us aboard and gave us full tour of the boat. Think they would have offered for us to stay for lunch but needed to go leave to see cousin. I guess it's boaters in general, but probably higher among loopers that are so friendly.
We've found that to be the case... friendly and helpful... always willing to give advice or a helping hand.
Enjoying your content. We keep our boat on Lake Champlain. I still consider ourselves new boaters. We bought our boat at Liberty Landing Marina and took it up the Hudson and the Champlain canal. We’ve only made it as for as Amsterdam on the Erie. Having jobs really interferes with our boating😂
I know, jobs just seem to interfere with everything fun....
We'd like to do the Down East Loop and cruise up the Hudson from NYC through L Champlain to the St Lawrence then around Nova Scotia and back to NYC. The Hudson had some amazing scenery!! Thanks for watching!
Jeff & Sarah on Drift Away
😅😅😅 it just pees me,off,,,, understand
We named our dinghy after our newly adopted boating attitude - "So What".
