6 years later, and this video is still on top. It's very thorough and short, it's nice to have a 1hr video but sometimes we don't have time to sit there and watch all of it. It's nice that everything is here in 5mins. Just what i needed.
it is also known as "deep cortex" and it is composed of T-lymphocytes (contrary to the cortex and medulla which are made of B-lymphocytes). Also you can find the HEV (high-endothelial venules) in the para-cortex / deep cortex
Thank you so muck for sharing such a wonderful knowledge , I totally like the way you make it simple, I wish my teacher could watch these types of videos before she comes to teach us
@@WashingtonDeceit Just had my finals result come in, got 90% in histology and the slide asked was lymph node!!!! 😮Thank you so much for making these ❤️❤️
Sir, your videos are invaluable. If you ever come to Toronto, I have a comfortable fold-out couch. As a science student I would love to be in your company.
Says in wheater's functional histology 4th edn that there is a thin lining of epithelia called lymphendothelium lining the lymph sinuses... where as you say there is none.... Can you amend the video at all? I love these vids, very useful to me. Cheers. Australia
And what about lymphatic ducts and capillaries? What is the structure of a lymphatic ducts wall? Is it similar to a blood vessels? Would be grateful for an answer:)
just wandering. the incomplete lining wall of the sinuses is the litoral cells isnt it? and, between the subcapsular and the medullary sinuses, there is a trabecular sinuses right?
At 4:30, could I clarify what the whorls are (one in the middle of the frame and three at the bottom)? Are they just fibroconnective portions of the medullary sinuses?
@Gail0510 it's amazing what some people put up with, you should see a doctor as soon as you suspect something is wrong, never wait, time is always a factor, how did it go? sounds ominous
any info i can use on this would be great... I have a suspected lymph node on the side of my neck about the size of a bean, had it for around 2 weeks, it doesn't hurt yet i have been getting headaches lately. Could anyone give me an educated guess to whether it's dangerous or not?
no i have nah mate it was nothing... i just posted that question on eya while i was looking into what the lump could have been because u canny get an appointment straight away can ya.
@Gail0510 Sounds like you read those S&S right out of a book. If you really had those problems you wouldn't be posting question on You Tube, you'd go to the doctor. That's what we call a "troll post". Nice try.

good man
ALOK DADA here.
thanks a lot :))
you need to see a doctor to get this biopsied, to rule out nodular sclerosing hodgkins disease, if you take my advice now, this could save your life
Why not see a Doctor?
