Pathway to Mercy brothers can you kindly remind our brother Hashim to clarify next time and tell him not to say such things as "gays should be put to death" regarding sharia (law) in the sweeping generalize ways br Hashim does, with out explaining how sharia works and the context, environment , situation etc all is FIRST taken into account , plus the sharia applies both on FEMALE and MALE doing it in public space (for penetrative action only) , or doing it in front of others by disregarding moral values also has to be penetrative action only.
and in private what ever people do sexually behind closed doors are not punish under sharia (law), it is between that individual and the Creator
and sharia it can only be applied by sharia scholars
like a example : who do you FIRST deal(punish) the DRUG (i.e alcohol, crack, cocaine,heroine etc) DEALERS or DRUG addict, takers? ,
the people who are addicted, takers,consumers, corrupted by drugs as a direct result where the environment allows the DRUG DEALERS TO OPERATE AND CORRUPT peoples/society ?.
