You could get Kang at 5 yellow during his event f2p and his shards have been given away in multiple other events and multiple 5 dollar offers.

I have a 5 red Kang, im ftp, and I scored 1.5, all pacts except the power dynamics.

@@DuArkTikMSFHQ level 7 was fine but level 8 is crap. Having a week kang makes diff 8 hard. If i had 5 gold on him i think i would be ok but im 14 shards short of 5 gold. 4 gold just doesnt cut it he cant 1 shot them on his ult
