Gah, i read and watched Fairy Tail. If anything i hope you enjoy the ride, the openings are heartwarming and fun but towards the halfway point, quality is not the biggest strength if the series.

Fairy Tail does become darker, but it's only for short periods. So it's a very light hearted show. BUT YOU WILL NEED TISSUES, because this is one of the most tear filled shows ever. Not spoiling anything though. Hehe.
The definition for this anime is: "fun". It's not a masterpiece, but the characters are amazing and their relationship too. It has its many script resolution issues, but it's still fun. I love fairy tail.

Out of all the anime and manga I've read, I've had a soft spot for Fairy Tail. It was the only long-running story I went in completely blind, rather than reading up on the story beforehand due to how long it is. I hope you continue to experience this series for yourself.
Subscribed... I know people hate this show because how cliche n how friendship comes into everything... My suggestion is just try to enjoy the show without thinking abut powerups,plot holes n story.. U will defently enjoy it

Honestly, I’ve always considered fairy tail my top 3 or top 5 animes to watch. The way that it ended was a bit disappointing to say the least. But the 100 years quest sequel is pretty solid afterwards; I’d recommend reading that manga after the series ends. until then ENJOY FAIRY TAIL !

You'll LOVE IT!!! I started it about 4yrs ago and it set me on the path in watching more animes, because of how AMAZING this one was. This series has ALOT of Dark moments ahead but the True Strength of the guild, where their TRUE POWER is in the Bond of Family that each member has for one another, it's what pulls them through each and everytime. LOVE IT you will 2.
Despite how I fell off Fairy tail after it ended (when the manga did) the first 48 episodes are amazing-- since Netflix only has 48 episodes to start. One of my best anime binge watching experiences ever. It'll always hold a special place in my heart.

The thing about Fairy Tail is that it at least gives a reason why they get more powerful when in tough situations concerning friendship. Many others don't do this.
With this anime, it is more consistently upbeat than others. There are of course trials and tribulations, ups and downs but it can be very lighthearted still. It's a feel good, comedy-esque type of anime. It's really fun and enjoyable.

Lucy is equal parts strong and damsel in distress imo, there are situations she needs saving and situations where she does the saving. I think she's kinda like Nami, both personality-wise and role-wise in the series.
The story of Fairy Tail is a story told from Lucy’s point of view, basically. That is why in Episode 1, Natsu is already a member. Episode 1 is about how she became a member, and the story continues from there.

If you liked the first two episodes i think you're going to like it: The first season(150 episodes)has more comedy and they basically introduce almost all the main cast Second season(Around 100 episodes i guess)Become more serious and the plot get better and then The last season (50 episodes) .Don't listen to the fairy tail's haters since most of them didn't finished the first season
I can assure you that most Fairy tail haters have read up to the final arc in the manga (or at least dropped it on the middle of the arc)before the anime aired the final season. The finał arc is one of the biggest reasons its widly infamous for being hated on.

For ten years, from the first episode all the way to the last, some things never change: 1. They're still haven't found out whether fairies have tails or not 2. Forget about all this whinning haters, Fairy Tail is a heartwarming anime. It's flawed, but it's worth for all the joy It pourposes through the series.
This anime is so underrated it's just that people's standards are raising with all the new anime and dub would've been better with helping u pronounce names. You're probably gonna need it in the future.

I think Fairy Tail might have been inspired by One Piece so there's that. I find Lucy to be kind of annoying so I like Nami more.

It blows me away but your the first person I've found online that has a whole fairy tail reaction. I'm a long time fan of the show and even have a real Natsu scarf! As such I'm very excited to see you react to this show. Hope you love it like I do!

If you liked the first two episodes i think you're going to like it:
The first season(150 episodes)has more comedy and they basically introduce almost all the main cast
Second season(Around 100 episodes i guess)Become more serious and the plot get better and then The last season (50 episodes) .Don't listen to the fairy tail's haters since most of them didn't finished the first season
I can assure you that most Fairy tail haters have read up to the final arc in the manga (or at least dropped it on the middle of the arc)before the anime aired the final season.
The finał arc is one of the biggest reasons its widly infamous for being hated on.

I love that you're watching it in eng sub, that way the dialogue is on point and not change to fit the movement of the characters mouth.

Haha nice, this is a guilty pleasure anime of mine, love the characters and music, storytelling could be better, but its fine for what it is
For ten years, from the first episode all the way to the last, some things never change:
1. They're still haven't found out whether fairies have tails or not
2. Natsu's always taking Lucy somewhere else
3. Fairy Tail is still that one rowdy, wild, overpowered guild with the strongest friendship bonds in all of Fiore.

Forget about all this whinning haters, Fairy Tail is a heartwarming anime. It's flawed, but it's worth for all the joy It pourposes through the series.

This anime is so underrated it's just that people's standards are raising with all the new anime and dub would've been better with helping u pronounce names. You're probably gonna need it in the future.
Lol it's no underrated, it's genuinely an average show. People's standards don't matter, in fact i'd argue people's standards are lower now than they were back when this came out.
The power of friendship? Unnecessary fan service nearly every episode? Last but not least, Asspull plot armour? Yeah, definitely underrated🙄 The show started off as good, until it became lazy writing

It was anime voting poll on which anime was the worse ever I think Fairy tail was ranked top 3 and when that poll was made the big 3 was still running.
