They dance for a living that’s how they’re able to stay in shape but they also exercise a lot to pull off certain choreographies as well. They can’t do such difficult choreography if they’re not physically fit.
Also you look like such a Fred idk how to explain it.

I'd say one of the main reasons are that most k-pop idols are constantly on pretty extreme diets. It's generally much worse for girls, but you often see male idols restricting their eating as well. On top of that they get a ton of exercise through dancing like you said, and working out, which makes their bodies strong as well.

28:27 i mean they usually dance like 9-10 hours or more a day which is honestly a lot, then again a lot of the times these kpop idols have to go on really strict diets n can barely eat anything even tho they practice all day. i doubt they always get to eat this much

they used to dance for 9-10 hours a day when they were trainees but not now😂 but strict diets and body training definitely help.

@@yunaxiao9605 makes sense but when they do prepare for comebacks they have to dance a hell lot, and nct tend to have a lot of cbs as of lately. i mean they still dance for a living

I feel like ur kinda right but mostly wrong, yeah they have a lot planned out for them but there’s a lot of pressure to do great, especially now that a bunch of groups keeps debuting so they’re expected to do great every time. And they’re constantly being criticized cause K-Netizens are so damn sensitive, they have to watch what they say or do all the time, so they basically have to be perfect which is very hard as a human being.
As for Aswaz, just start from the bottom of the playlist, it’s the earlier episodes, since the Mark and Haechan episode was the first two that started, they would be on the bottom two episodes.

Yess i was looking for a comment about this, they still work extremely hard even though their schedule is planned for them. And they are probobly terrified of being in a scandal having their image ruined bc of fake rumors. I could never imagine having a lifestyle like that, i think it takes a special kind of person.
