Cylinder nut removal

Hitachi Ex 1100 cylinder nut 180mm
torqued cracked at 25000 ftlb or 1500psi on two cylinders
The last one was sent to me I had full pressure onto it 3 time bent the head stock slightly and advised the customer to take it to the 100 tonne shop.
