Trivia : Hitogami (Man God) became sus to me when i found out his VA was Orochimaru... Also Rudy’s child VA is Puck and Roxy’s dad VA is Subaru made the whole Father-in-Law scene all the much more funnier...haha

@@Rinue618 The Man God (and presumably all of the other gods when they get to them) is (are) 3DCGI. It looks really good (or unnoticeable) because it's a very easy to make 3D look 2D when the character is a matte color. And it helps that the background is the same matte color. Also, almost every time you see Roxy or Rudy's staff, it's 3DCGI. There's a few other minor things they've done in 3DCGI, such as the blurred people (and the room itself, of course) in the background of the ballroom scene where the camera tracked in 3D space around 2DCGI Rudy and Eris, a la Beauty and the Beast homage. Another minor thing is that all of those statues Rudy makes are 3DCGI. Another minor thing is in the first and second episode there's a few shots of Caravaggio that are 3DCGI. And... yeah there's a lot more actually. As a last, particularly fun tidbit, if you watch the original MT trailer, there's this one half-second shot of [ spoiler name ---> ] Orsted turning his head in full 3DCGI that looks just stunning.
@@jeremias-serus really amazing, I had already noticed in some scenes that it involves 360° camera movement but even in scenes like this, I remember them working in full 2D. when rudy does the graduation exam, during the storm the entire scene was done by hand. and 3D cgi scenes must have passed without me noticing, I've watched the first season 3 times

Just to add information about the Superd, the spears that they have are actually their tails. At a certain age, the tails harden and drop off, which gives them a sentimental value to the owner. Rudjerd also had one of his own, but was exchanged for Laplace's Demon spears which gave them more power at the cost of their sanity.
Yeah i like the growth and development in Mushoku Tensei...Rudy’s journey in his new life is basically a redemption story...and we get to see these colorful characters around him as well...

Of course Rudy argued with Eris in his inner monologue "I can't trust Ruijerd that Lolicon Bastard doing laundry with Eris's pantsu." Rudy was forced to teach Eris how to do laundry by herself. At one time he tried to peek while Eris was in the bath and got completely shutdown by Ruijerd. It's not important to the story just their slapstick jokes doing their long journey.
This wasn't mentioned in the anime but the reason why ruijard said that their spears are their souls is cause these spears he talked about is an extension of their own body. Eventually this extended part of their body cuts off from their body and they use it as a spear.
By the way, even though the initial part with Hitogami (the Man God) is happening during Rudi's dream, it's something that really happens. Meanwhile, Ghislaine... you'll know after what happened to her :D
some things from the novels that were not mentioned in the anime: 1. ruijerd is at least 500 years old 2. they didn't explain much about how ruijerd broke free from his spear' curse, but he and the other warriors returned to their village and killed everyone. his son managed to break his spear, and when he woke up from that curse, he had his son's pinky finger in his mouth (they really were crazy enough to basically eat people)

They are different medium and they have different strengths and weaknesses and the way the content is presented will and should change depending on which medium is presenting it. All of Roxys clan talk to each other with telepathy normally. They skipped it in the anime, but Roxy was born unable to use telepathy for some reason. This is the main reason she leaves to become an adventurer, as it made her feel very secluded and she never knew if/when others were having conversations behind her back. Its not really important to the story, but some nice character building.
They did not skip it, they can literally add this info in later episodes in a different context. Source readers these days cannot let anyone enjoy things anymore, stop spoiling stuff.
