It's finally time for us to enjoy the Aulani Resort for our first full day! We broke Jesse out of forced quarantine, got his account corrected by the State of Hawaii, and went about our day. We went swimming at Aulani's private beach. Toured the two gift shops inside Aulani, and attended pin trading hour in the lobby. We ended the night at a fancy dinner at Makahiki! We hope you enjoy this vlog!

Lovely video glad things worked out. Just a little tip if you have sunburn rub a slice of fresh tomato on it, you only need the juice must be fresh. Then brace yourself the pain is really bad 10mins but if you can get past that it will take the pain out if sunburn it will be great the next day plus you are already red so once dried on your skin no one will no you can go out. Don't wash it of until next morning. It really works I got this tip in Tunisia years ago I use factor 50 but still burn x

Loved this vlog!!! It’s my dream to go to Hawaii so it’s cool to be able to see some of the island and of course Aulani! I’m definitely like Jesse the ocean just calls me aha if I could just be in the ocean everyday I’d be so content! Jesse chomping on the flowers had me so confused at first I didn’t know you could eat those so cool! So fun that they have pin trading I love the HM Pooh one you got! All the merch is so cool and unique I loved seeing everything ! I don’t even know what I would choose if I was there everything is so cute ! I thought the vlog was awesome and I loved the way you edited it and put it together even with everything that was going on it was really well done ! -Heidi☀️

I went to Aulani in February for 6 days. It was a trip that had been planned for 2 years. We had a Disney cruise to Alaska planned for 2020 but Covid. So when Hawaii opened up we took the refunded money and went there. I have never done anything like that and I was in aww for all 6 days. It is stunning. I love the videos. It’s bringing back the amazing memories. Did you guys do the Koalua Ranch ATV tour? It was amazing. We didn’t get in the ocean in February, it was a little too cold for this Georgia girl. The pools were perfect though. I can’t wait to more.

I JUST resolved an issue with Delta's FlyReady system for my trip to Boston this week. They didn't approve my Federal Vaccine Passport info, saying my manufacturers weren't acceptable. I uploaded my handwritten vaccine cards and it got approved. Was worried I was going to have to work it out at the airport. Fingers crossed restrictions and requirements are eased further when we head to Aulani in May.

My family and I went to Hawaii in 2018. I tried macadamia ice cream for the first time. It was delicious! I don’t usually eat nuts but I requested macadamia ice cream for the rest of the trip. I love Hawaii! I hope we can go back again one day.

Can you snorkel in the water? Are there any coral reefs and fish to look at?
Not at the private beach. They do have a simulated man-made coral reef near the pool area, but I didn’t want to pay to snorkel in a large fish tank 😬😬😬 there’s lots of local beaches that aren’t controlled where you can snorkel.
Lol my 6 year old son is a HUGE water a baby too
Since he was born he loved water and never wanted to come out…to this day I also have. Hard time getting him out of any water haha
