I love the ones made for adults/teens even though I'm 11 they make my brain work hard and I fall asleep 2 years ago it took two of these things to make me sleep now on the staircase to sleep I fall asleep before you say the number 10

I have a suggestion for a new story Entering the small forest Should include : u going to a forest Finding a girl called Alice Alice leads u te her friends then they got a problem so u go travel to(any we're) that'd my idea 💡
How about a magical forrest,then opening to a pebble pathway to a tiny cottage. Once you pass the edge of the Forrest & step onto the pebble pathway,you feel a tingle,from your head to your toes. And then you hear a crunching sound in the distance, it's an irredescant white horse,white as snow,but she's not an ordinary magical white horse,she communicates telepathically! Behind you,literally, you hear a teeny tiny bell jingle,it's a beautiful fairy! She communicates with you in your ear,BECAUSE she's so tiny,you wouldn't be able to hear her if she were further away than this. She tells you to listen to the magical horse, she's guiding you to a special place near a bubbling brook,a special place,created just for you! You ask,"just for me? How,I just got here?" The fairy said yes,this is your first time,as an adult,but as a child,you would come here and see us every single night! The horse encourage the young woman to get on,and the fairy said not to worry, you are safe here. For your adult self,this is your meditation,when your were a child,we were your dreams. We will always be a part of you,all you have to do,is clear and calm your mind,and you'll be here again. So she climb onto the beautiful magical horse,the horse took her time,as not wanting to frighten the lady anymore than she was already. Before she knew it,she'd arrived,at the most beautiful and enchanting little cottage,she could've ever imagined! The horse,reading her thoughts, instantly passed on the thoughts to the fairy,and the fairy said,you created this place when you were 3 year's old! 😊 You've always had quite the open minded imagination, and that is what created us & this place,your mind & heart,gave us life & purpose. All the lady could do was look around in awe and amazement. It's so very beautiful, like nothing I've ever seen! Nothing compares to this most magical place! Then they enter the cottage.... ( sorry fingers getting tired,darn arthritis :( ) PLEASE finish my story,in the way only you can! Many thanks & blessings
can you make some more with a black screen that are 8 hours long? i get migraines and panic attacks a lot. these help with both but would help with the migraines more if the screen was black
You need to find a kid's meditation which u can't comment on with a particular storyline that helped go to sleep when I was 8 and that was 2 years ago but they still help me sleep now
