I had piano lessons years ago. Was discouraged and changed to guitar. But my roland piano was still standing there. Was following your channel already for a few years. Had 2 weeks of holiday and gave the piano a chance again encouraged by your videos. So far I love it !!! Made it already until this piece. Thank you for all your efforts. Dare I say it... I thinking im learning this stuff! I rocked this one, prior to coming here. The Cafe Vienna really helped with the last measure and the hand position changes. I absolutely love playing piano! Its almost meditative at this point. Trying to work out the beat on Cockles and Mussels, I'm so close... Ill see you there in just a few 😀
I am having difficulty to count the beats of this melody. I was not trying to count beats while playing when I started, I only tried to listen to metronome and play. Now I found it will be hard to do the further lesson if I don't say the beats loud and play.I will replay this video and try to count and play.
