So much of your story reminds me of mine. At our 20 week ultrasound we found out about my son’s heart defects. I had the same experience of the doctor walking in and just knowing something was wrong! It is so hard when you see other people walking around having “normal pregnancies” and you feel like you’re the only one. My son is now almost 2 and so happy and healthy! His heart defect ended up being extremely mild so he just gets extra monitoring for now but may need surgery down the road. Praying for all the best outcomes for you and baby boy! Stay hopeful and don’t let this rob you of your joy! So much good is to come 💙
Praying for you Madison! It's definitely hard knowing your baby has something going on with him. Also for being MIA we completely understand as the school years always busy towards the end and being pregnant it is a lot but I'm glad your spending as much time with family!
Hi I went through something similar with my youngest. Not CPAM but another anomaly they had to monitor. All was fine in thee end but I understand how you've been feeling it throws you through a loop but you know what it gives you a new perspective xx praying all will be ok.
I am a few weeks ahead of you in my first pregnancy too and also a teacher! Everything you talked about is so relatable! The kicking and movement always gives me anxiety too and then at night they won’t stop! So precious! Praying for you throughout the rest of your pregnancy ❤
I'm so sorry to hear about this, no one deserves hard news like that. But I hope you don't give up and that you remember that you're going to be the best mom ever, so don't worry AT ALL!! It will be okay ❤
Praying the mass doesn’t grow and baby boy is healthy the rest of pregnancy and at birth. I’m anxious with my pregnancy. I’ll be 11 weeks on Thursday. This is an IVF baby. And high risk due to having ulcerative colitis for a few years and having my colon removed from it. So I’m anxious with it being high risk. I can’t wait to feel my baby move and kick.
Praying for you and your sweet baby! Thanks for sharing. This stand phone case will be so useful in my daily routine, like handling packages & driving.
One thing I've heard a lot of Moms hate about getting ultrasounds is that they require you to drink lots of water to fill up your bladder before going in so the machine can get a clear image or something like that. Or at least that used to be the case, but I imagine it probably wouldn't be as big a deal for you since you've mentioned before that you're a big believer in drinking water & consider the health benefits you've experienced to be worth the bathroom breaks.
I have a genetic disorder, so when my mom had me she didn't know I had one, and I had to be taken to a different hospital in an ambulance and she couldn't come. I, fortunately, had the best nurses who saved my life
I teach 6th grade science at a public school and we just grade however we feel like it pretty much lol I don’t grade everything the same as my partner teacher and we don’t use the same tests. the only sort of actual tracking we have to do is for science specifically we have a goal each quarter that we have to collect at least three pieces of data on to turn in to our admin. Quarter one is making and understanding models, quarter two is claim, evidence, reasoning, and quarter three is using, creating, and interpreting data and graphs. I feel like public schools are pretty lax about how we grade.
Hugs to you sweetie. I want you to try so hard to enjoy each day of this pregnancy just like you were prior to finding out about baby boy’s diagnosis. My oldest {now 21} was born with clubfoot. While not life threatening I still remember the kicks not being met with as much joy and more worry once we found out. I don’t want that for you. May those sweet kicks bring you smiles and those twists and turns awe and giggles. More hugs to you!❤
I remember my daughter’s 20 week ultrasound!! She had a complete avsd and needed surgery at 6 months. I remember being terried and barging with God of why this happened. You’ll be having more scans more times to see the baby but also filled with fear. Just remember the safest place your baby can be is with you ❤
My life with the Walter brothers is a great show on netflix. There is only one season so far. Good luck with everything with your baby boy. I wish you nothing but the best.
It sounds like baby will be just fine💗 I can’t imagine the anxiety and stress! Try to relax and know everything will be ok. Keeping you and baby in my prayers though🥰

I really need this phone case with a stand I can hang or place anywhere. Otherwise, I'd drop my phone a hundred times a day;)
I am so sorry for you Madison that you found out some hard news about your baby boy. :(
I love your videos! They help me relax after my college classes!❤❤❤ you are awesome!
Try to relax. Some of the best advice I received from our pediatrician was “Relax. Nervous moms have nervous babies.”

Wow, this phone case's silver border looks really classy. And that "click" sound when adjusting it is just elegant .
Praying for you as you journey through the upcoming months. God knows the future and will guide you. Keep looking up!☺️
