@@TheAbbeyoftheEveryman y’know, I would agree to that if it sounded like him, but it doesn’t even really. And joker the whole game is busy doing everything else. Setting up traps, killing people.. guy doesn’t have time adding a touch of red and a touch of blue. It’s gotta be the hatter.

@@MarshallAcostaIt’s the Joker. He literally drops down a dead henchmen who was a failed Titan experiment victim if you get close to the drain pipe. I mean, I guess you can ask the question why Batman doesn’t just climb it and get the Joker, but that’s definitely Mark Hamill’s voice regardless.

I don’t know guys I’m not convinced.. joker throughout the games has never dabbled with potions. I think there’d be a bit more to the titan formula than a few colours. Let me relisten to it again.
