I love everything about this animation, but what I love the most is how in spite of Gura going full psycho mode about this race, everyone else isn't angry at her but instead just keeps vibing with her which makes this absolutely marvelous

The thing is, this is Mumei disguised as Gura. Why? Because Gura and Mumei sound exactly alike when they say certain things.
I love that at the end gura's shark steamroller is covered in items, implying she's not really driving well she's purely just using its sheer mass to ignore everything on the road, until kronii gets a blue shell and it gets lodged in the steamroller's pilot cage(?)
But a blue shell only affects those in 1st, gura would need to be in last to properly use the steamroller to chase them

@@NoHandle44 At the beginning they said Mumei was missing. She is known in-character for being calm and forgetful, with some disturbing dialog and bursts of violent behavior. She also can do a fair imitation of Gura's speaking voice. At the end it was shown that the Gura inside the steamroller was actually Mumei.
The blue shell that took her off the road was a reference to the blue shell that cost Gura a podium finish in the 44-member Mario Kart tournament...she dropped from 1st to 12th in the last lap of one race and that put her 4th place overall in the tournament.

Honestly, this just gave me a hilarious idea for a mario kart style game mode.
Basically, it's an 8 player race. You play 8 races, with one player getting a super-kart instead of their usual build. Like, we're talking steamroller or tank, something like that. And the other players' only objective is to stop the superkart from winning. You get points for winning as the superkart or as a team by getting other players over the line before the superkart.
the animation is so smooth and fits so well with the shenanigans the council would get up to. Mumei at the end lol 😂

Knowing that "Gura" wasn't red with that expression gave me the feeling it's just Mumei being Mumei behind all that
this is fantastic and extremely underrated. my favorite part isn't only how you nailed a rhythm heaven feeling to everything with smooth yet bouncy movement, but i also love the expressions, my god. Gura's face throughout this somehow surpasses tord's with sheer psychotic energy. She's got this excellently spaced maniacal grin with sharp teeth and the eyes perfectly overlap and space out the face with a wonderfully placed and colored shade over them. while in my opinion a wheel doesn't work quite as well as mech joysticks in terms of the theme of a maniac in the cockpit of a giant killing machine, i get that it fits the theme and the animation on it is excellent as well.

All of the items stuck to her car at the end just signify that the steamroller is so durable that it can only be destroyed by a blue shell. There's even explosive stains on it, signifying that not even a Bullet Bill or Bob-Omb can take it out. So yeah, Gawr Gura's the final boss of the Holo Council.
and what's with the blue shell you guys asked? if you watch Dorkly's video,a single blue shell can even destroy the whole Death Egg
I counted 11 shots from a gun that seems to be an unmodified desert eagle. Considering the firepower, it can only be the standard .50 Action Express but only 7 of those rounds can be fitted into a factory cartridge clip. The most bullets you can fit into a standard magazine is maximum 9 rounds of .357 magnum. We can add an additional shot to the highest number by assuming she ghost loaded and had a full clip. That just leaves a random extra shot that just appeared out of the aether.
