The hair brushing for me is absolute heaven, especially the part where you brush from underneath. 🥹 It reminded me of when my mom would do that with my long hair as a kid. And she'd say the same thing you did: "I know you want me to keep going, but I have to stop for now." Even though I could sit there forever ❤ I don't have long hair anymore, I cut it short a long time ago (I would never go back, I love having short hair and I feel like my true self with it), but people brushing my hair is the one thing I truly miss most about not having short hair. My nana use to rub my back until I fell asleep every time I stayed with her. Even if it took hours, she wouldn't stop until she heard me start snoring 🤣 this gives me the same feeling of comfort, warmth & relaxation that I experienced frequently with her when I was a kid. I miss those nights 💗
