I spent Sept and most of October in Montana back country . A insane amount of Grizz sign including the big guy leaving the rt hind leg if a big Elk 200 ft from my rock perch sleep area . We left that day . More importantly I returned to a area that my Daughter and I were by 23 years ago . I spent 23 years researching looking at topic maps scans etc . So I found what the old timers missed . Nubs of gold and silver the size if a wood match head sticking out of quartz . I return in late spring hopefully with mt Grandson a great 23 year old guy because with the Grizz around its a sane 2 man deal . I was getting way to involved looking and had some sloppy watch incidents . Yup I got the bug . Thanks for your work Sir . Hopefully this genocide covid nightmare won't go the way I suspect and the gold will still be worth something . Lol LI am a very for 71 year Patriot . Pit might get way crazy but I think the Patriots gear saves the day . Our guns are the key to the Worlds freedom . Stand hard ...we win .

@@mtnmotiv5612 if you do decide to prospect for gold in Western Montana. I would definitely like to have somebody to prospect with and not just do it by myself I have all my own stuff and I also live in Billings. If you decide to go prospecting. Just reply to this and we can set up a time to meet someplace in the city and talk.

@@briankelley7918 hey Brian, I'm not OP but I'm in BZN area and been looking for someone in the area to prospect with. I specifically want to get my dredges out (4" and a 2") but I'm still trying to figure out all the permit B.S. I have sluices, pans, the basics and a GM1000 detector as well. If you're up for a gold buddy, lemme know!
