Can I use contact cleaner to remove the thermal paste? Its non conductive and dries fast. Just asking cause I already have one and the only alcohol I have is 70%.

Thank you for your feedback! If you wish to support the channel, you can like, subscribe, or both! Regarding your question, can i know the motive of reset bios?, if your intention is to reset password, then with cmos reset it will not reset the password. and this laptop does not have a CMOS battery it take the charge from main battery, just disconnect the main battery and the charger, then press and hold the power ON for about 30 sec and then the CMOS will reset. the cmos configuration will be reset but the passwords get saved on a U1 chip separately.
Hello, I spilled tea on the keyboard and it went through the keys/the fan part. I let it dry the whole night and put it back together the next evening, it works fine for the most part but the wifi dosent even work/connect properly unless it is in the same room as the router. How can I fix this.
Thank you for the feedback! if you wish to support the channel you can LIKE or SUB or both :P regarding your question: its very easy fix my friend, pull up the antenas cable they are push down, snap on jacks. and invert them, place the black cable to the white and the white to the black imgur.com/a/8lwJoYp that's all
Thank you for your feedback! If you wish to support the channel, you can like, subscribe, or both! Regarding your question, no my friend, there are many many other components that you will need and a power regulator components need to be replaced, and a bigger charger. therefor the answer is nop :( Should you have any further questions or requests in the future, please don't hesitate to ask me.
🫠Regarding your question, the microphones are located right on top of the display beside the webcam (tiny holes). Usually, there are two mics: one for background noise reduction and another for capturing regular voice. @@uFixTek Thank you, I have replaced a better screen on my ASUS X512FA with better contrast ratio and IPS quality. After replacement mic and magnet of lid stopped working, now i know it. Thanks
Nice video! I am no expert at these things and I am trying to find a repasting vid for my Asus Vivobook 15 Pro. But it looks like its built quite different. My problem is that while gaming I get GPU all the way to thermal throttle which happens at 86 celsius and I noticed that my charger adapter gets quite hot after like 15 minutes of playing, could it be a faulty adapter and thus the overheating of GPU? Feedback would be appreciated, thanks!
Thank you for the feedback! if you wish to support the channel you can LIKE or SUB or both :P regarding your question: we do get this laptops in shop and after testing we found out that the GPU doesn't thermal throttle @86c , its because of power delivery that the board can't give the AMPs required to the GPU so it clocks down. the chargers get weak over time, this is very common and most technician can't detect this as this is subject to electrical engineer, the charger with you measure with multi-miter you will see the voltage that is giving 19v or 20volt, but as soon as gpu or cpu start drawing volt the charger gets week and drops the volt by .5 or 1v and that causes under-volt . i recommend you to find your self a NEW ORIGINAL charger. BUT remember the overheating can affect the thermal throttle, and a repaste is a good idea to do every year.
@@uFixTek THANK YOU! I just got cooling pad yesterday and it holds the temp between 79 and 83 now when gaming. But I dont wanna bet on that, I am repasting and going for a new charger. Subbed already! Great helpful content.
