After numerous attempts of buying my first property back kn 2005 - 2006 I finally was able to buy in 2011, thanks to God and not giving up on my dream this was at the bottom of a great deal and am currently sitting on over $200k on equity, the point is don't give up either you're a wolf or a sheep, take advantages of these opportunities

I’m not rich and I won’t be rich soon but I have dreams to be rich. In the mean time I wonder if what we can take away from these videos is the mindset of the rich. I guess that makes my husband and I rich since we have a nice retirement portfolio and our son who's in the Army and becoming a general practitioner or MD. Still, it surprised us what we secretly are and we are minimalists.
