I think Fury is hamstrung by his heart and talent. Clearly he is the best we've seen for a long time but his issue is that he is so much better and bigger than anyone else that he can't necessarily get it up for the average pugilistic wannabe. That trainer was Marc Breland, an extremely gifted 2 time welterweight World champion at a time when the division was the best of all the weight divisions in boxing.
That third fight was so dangerous. Could impact these 2 later in life especially Wilder. He took too many hits in that fight. At some point i got really worried for him. He clearly fought out of his mind from round 5 till the match ended.
I seen that too. Think there’s a chance he could’ve stayed up when Wilder landed the big shot in the 3rd fight but he’d have most likely took more punches and got stopped. Very smart going down in that moment.

Mike Tyson was a different animal altogether. He was scary to watch. He wanted to destroy his opponents with every punch. Other fighters were genuinely scared of getting in the ring with him. One of a kind.
It never ceases to amaze me how on Earth one of the judges gave the 1st fight as 115-111 for Wilder. Which means that outside of the 2 knockdown 10-8 rounds. The judge believed Wilder won 5 of the 10 rounds without a knockdown. Was he watching the fight? I don’t see how it’s even possible a professional judge gave him those rounds. It wasn’t even close in those rounds. Corruption or bias is the only logical explanation.

That trainer was Marc Breland, an extremely gifted 2 time welterweight World champion at a time when the division was the best of all the weight divisions in boxing.
Watching Fury dismantle his opponent is something to behold. Incredible quality for the size of him.
That third fight was so dangerous. Could impact these 2 later in life especially Wilder. He took too many hits in that fight. At some point i got really worried for him. He clearly fought out of his mind from round 5 till the match ended.
Fury is world class. Even knows when to tactically go down to stop being rushed and catch his breath.
I seen that too. Think there’s a chance he could’ve stayed up when Wilder landed the big shot in the 3rd fight but he’d have most likely took more punches and got stopped. Very smart going down in that moment.
The 12th round of the first fight is just incredible.
Fury ruined that man career in some sense. Although, at least he let Wilder prove himeslf and fight someone really good, unlike those bums he had floored in the past.
Wilder made 100 million from 3 fights so thats not exactly a ruined man or career, wilder will get a title shot again in the next 2 fights

The most entertaining boxing trilogy ever, two warriors, respect!!!
Two really tough warriors who have both knocked each other to the canvas many times, these two are probably the greatest.
Wilder has no left jab at all. No basics and in these fights Fury showed him the backbone of a boxer.
Fury is simply too good.

Fury made a lot of statement from this trilogy. -Managed to get a draw without a tune up fight, almost got KOd.

Amazing how quick Fury is in the first two fights, phenomenal aggression and accuracy . Even more incredible considering he has zero muscle definition. It's just in his blood .
My great respect to this guys especially Deotay Wilder, I don’t know that the guy is this strong and have ability to take several punches his durability is second to non. I don’t know any heavyweight in this present time that take all those punches and still goes on.
A proper trilogy, props to Wilder as well - I dont know any other heavyweight who could take that much of a beating and still stand (just about). I think his eardrum pops in the 7th round of the 3rd match as well!!

I am from India and wasn't much into boxing but this fight excited me . Two giants going after each other . Fights like these bring more eyes and attention . If Anthony Joshua team could have booked a fight with Fury or Wilder it would have been massive for the sport.

Usyk is taller, and so much more muscular and broad boned that despite probably having 20lbs less fat on his body, he's still 6-20lbs heavier at heavyweight than Ali ever was.

It never ceases to amaze me how on Earth one of the judges gave the 1st fight as 115-111 for Wilder. Which means that outside of the 2 knockdown 10-8 rounds. The judge believed Wilder won 5 of the 10 rounds without a knockdown. Was he watching the fight? I don’t see how it’s even possible a professional judge gave him those rounds. It wasn’t even close in those rounds. Corruption or bias is the only logical explanation.
Wilder consistently punches behind the head and complains when someone does it back to him a bit.
Watching these 3 fights Fury's improvement is astonishing even tho he was in better shape in fight 2 , he was a better fighter in fight 3 by a country mile , the Kronk folk are building a beast
It was a one punch boxer against a tacical fighter fury.Fury style of boxing wilder could not handled it.But still Wilder is one tough fighter took all the punches from fury and did not go down easily .Respect for both fighters.

The judge that gave the fight to Wilder by 4 rounds in the first fight should never be allowed near a ring ever again. He was either corrupt, or knows nothing about boxing. Either way, he isn't fit for purpose.

So I guess there is a plausible argument for both fights.

People say Wilder only has the big right but he also has huge bravey and unbelievable endurance - what other big puncher is still throwing bombs in round 11 and 12?

To be honest i wanted Wilder to win the first fight, but after fury got robbed of the W i switched sides lol. This guy is literally crazy good, and I’ve never seen anybody box like him before. Hopefully the Fury vs Usyk fight happens and either one of them can unify all heavyweight belts.
And for wilder it would be cool if he would fight AJ. That way we could see who is the best former heavyweight champion.
Wilder is definitely the bronze bomber but could also possibly turn out to be the silver bullet.
