It looks infused with a challenger as a 69-70 charger lover this thing is hideous! The natural big body charger on the real 68-70 charger looks way better!
They need to do up sheet metal panel templates in this exact style so us regular people can have this on our challengers. To hell with what engine it has, let me drive a 1969 dodge charger SXT, a GT, an R/T with a 5 star safety rating and actual good fuel economy. People would actually be buying all the challengers off copart they could get their hands on to do it. Hell, I'd buy 3 of em off Copart and make all 3 years of the 2nd gen charger, 68, 69 and 70. This is what people SHOULD be driving around, not them EV shitboxes dodge I making. I like the idea of an inline 6 cylinder powered option though. They just need to make it diesel and not gas powered. Better economy, more power and better for the environment. Not to mention easier to work on.
I really love this car! ❤😎 If there would be anything I'd like to change it would be a custom windshield, I think the modern Challenger screen does not blend in 100% perfectly. I guess it would be possible for another 100 grand or so... 😁 I also prefer the steel hubcap replica wheels that were on an earlier version of this car. And in my dreams when I order this car I would opt for a more discreet all black interior.
Nice job. I would want the flip headlights on mine and a different hood scoop... The bumpers I would want chromed not painted. I like the idea of a charger 500, with a heliphant.
Best year ever fantastic looking car the holly grail of muscle cars . Chrysler should have done this from the factory when they brought back the charger.but new generation of collage kids that why the new charger looks like a New York taxi 🚕
Wheelbase is basically the same, 68 Chatger is 22mm longer. I think they got the proportions quite alright. But if you would like it to be even more authentic to the original Charger, I think you would need to make a custom windscreen and some further modifications to the A-pillars and the front part of the roof. I guess it would be a more complicated built but if money was no issue I think there's still some room for improvement.
This is how this platform should have been done from the factory.
I felt the same way. Not what's in the streets now.
In 1969 80% of these parts where not available and in 1969 this car was already the king

Gorgeous build excellent all the way wow 🤩
The 68-70 Charger is 117 inch wheelbase, not 116.
Beautiful car. Nice work.

Always potential for bigger and meaner builds in the future!
