    I've said it before, but it bears repeating: If they ever do a remake of "Saturday Night Fever" KEONI definitely needs to get that John Travolta part! 💖This was great fun and a quicker pace than I expected.     I am 72 with some limitations with my back which keeps me out of the gym. This is so much better than just walking! Thank you so much, I’ve only been doing these (5,000 steps) for a week, I can already notice a difference in the ability to do the knee raises and I can keep up now! I’m looking forward to trying all your workouts! They are work but so much fun!

    Hi Kioni Thank You for We Love the workouts with Your Mum 42. 43 an 44 are our favourites Are you Able to do your new ones with your Mum due to my disabilities. I do some of the movements on the chair. Yet me n my boy seem to do better doing the videos that has Mum in it. She has given me the energy to do them as much as I can. So I want to Thank You Both for the exercise We’ve been able to do. It is helping with my recovery. As these r the 3 we do my boy asked why don’t we add some new ones but we have been unable to find more besides the one with dad as well. We found that one a little harder to do. So Thank You Kioni for getting us into exercising. We look forward to seeing new ones again with Mum.

    Keoni I have recently discovered your workouts thanks to TH-cam suggestions. I had previously been using a channel aimed at women over 50 which was ideal to get me started but I felt unchallenged after a few months. Your routines are perfect for me now, and definitely raise my heart rate and leave me sweating. I try to do at least 30 minutes each day, some times 45. You radiate pure happiness and you're so adorable to watch, and I'm not gonna lie that keeps me hooked!
    This workout was as great as always but my goodness the cats were the stars here and I had to stop looking at them to follow your steps.
    Thank you so much for doing these for us and I sincerely hope to see your followers increase in big numbers because you're absolutely a star and deserve to get noticed.

    Loved this workout and your recent 5000 "yellow shirt" step workout; both faster paced and with the step count synching so well. I love your step workouts Keoni and your wonderful personality. You certainly have got rhythm in your bones. I have been exercising using several of your workouts for almost a year now and have lost over 30 lbs and have improved my health greatly. Your step workouts along with a healthy diet have helped my success. By the way, I'm in my early 70's. I enjoy your kitties too. They make me laugh how they hover around you while your teaching your class. Keep providing us more of these faster paced in synch to the step workouts. They are greatly appreciated.

    This is another good one that affords aerobic activity because there are not a lot of dance moves but more things like leg curls and knee lifts. I like your workouts which increase my heart rate, such as this one. Thank you thank you thank you!
