Very good decision taken by NHAI. they should do the same . Otherwise install toll booth on all exit and entry points. That would be more meaningful.

This is the only highway, we can travel without paying toll amount in karnataka. Service road is very good and its one way road and signal free. its far far better than previous road. We still remember earlier days we used to travel 3-4 hours to reach bengaluru.
We should actually thanks to govt.

NHAI collecting toll on this express highway.. toll charges are very high.. but no maintenance.. chain link mesh.. between service road and main carriage way is cut open by many local people. People cross road through these gaps.. which is very risky. .. few people cross with cattle!!!!!
Even after one year.. no wash room facilities are available near toll plazas..main carriageway is not able to handle long weekend traffic in just 1 year of operation...
During heavy rain.. water logging issue in many places which is very dangerous..
Entry and exit points near challahatta and mysore side must be signal free with flyovers..needs more planning for smooth flow of traffic... NHAI...kindly maintain toll roads properly.. else why should we pay toll???

first of all , the toll cost for Mysore road is very high make it affordable first. there is nothing special with this express way compared to other highway in the country. This is probably slowest express way and still it they charge 330 one way.
