Hey Jamie! I cannot thank you enough for all you do! My dad passed away June 8th, and i found myself in a very dark place. I was up all night crying. I started watching your videos at night to help relax me. And it is now a nightly routine of mine to rewatch all of your videos. As well as during the day to get motivated to get up and get stuff done. A trait i love about myself is how much i put into everything i do. I am the kind of person whatever i set my mind to, I’m going to do it to the best of my ability. I am a competition cheer coach and with losing my dad i didn’t know if i could go back to coaching. But then i remembered how much all my kiddos look up to me and how it was my dream to become a cheer coach and my dad wouldn’t want me to give up, so i am all in this season! I’m going to give it my best! Also, my 24th birthday is Friday august 19th! ❤️❤️

Long time follower. Sometimes when I’m feeling especially overwhelmed, coming back and rewatching you clean the old house that I’m so used to seeing is so comforting. Your new home is beautiful!! But sometimes the nostalgia is so 🥰 lol
A trait I love about myself is how dedicated I am to problem solving. I will research and try out things until I find the best solution whether it's finding the best way to organize or the best product to use or something work related. It's something I can really focus on and think out and I don't give up until I find a solution. Love your videos, they a super helpful in getting me motivated and moving.
As someone that has anxiety and recently started getting help for PTSD as a result from childhood traumas, it is so hard to find a positive trait about myself. But I will say I think strength. After going thru so much, it hasn't stopped me. I grew up and am stopping the cycle and making sure my children don't have the same traumas.
I want to be able to say organizational skills and cleaning, but that's not it. I can keep my house tidy, but I am working on being better at cleaning by decluttering my house and making the most of my space. I love watching your videos while I'm working on cleaning and organizing my home.

A trait I love about myself is my resilience. I don’t give up. Even when I want to. Even when I think I’m not good enough. My kids are the greatest motivators. The moment I had my first child I really showed myself I will do anything to provide a happy and healthy life. Im proud that I get up everyday and keep pushing. Despite depression or having a husband who’s active duty in the military and essentially living life as a single parent… I won’t give up. Im proud of the resilience I’ve shown myself.

Love all the motivation Jamie. I used your videos to get me through cleaning my sisters house. She’s not even 30 with a terrible cancer that is so resilient and just terrible. It felt so good to deep clean her home and give her a fresh space. A quality I love about myself is that I am caring and will do anything I can to make someone happier if I can.

Thanks for the motivation yet again! A trait I love about myself would be that when I see something nice I say it. For instance, if my family and I are walking into the grocery let’s say and I see an outfit or something of the sort I like on a person, I will tell them. It’s amazing how once in a while the “right person” who really needed to hear something nice gets to actually hear it. Either way I see, I like it, I say it:)
My hubby told me years ago he was surprised that I did that to complete strangers and now he enjoys seeing their reaction.

One othing I can say I truly like about myself is that I'm very strick on treating others the way I want to be treated. I'm so big on doing this that when I don't do this I go back and apologize to whoever I might not have treated so well. I'm not perfect, but I know people want the same love and care I want.

Hi Jamie! A trait I love about myself is my ability to assess and interpret animal behavior quickly and fairly accurately. I don't know how or why I have this trait but I have tried to cultivate it and use it in my job as a veterinary technician and to help people preserve the bond with their pets. ❤️

Something that I admire about myself is having patientice when I have a angry customer. I am always able to hold my composier! Which if your in customer service of any kind you know that is very hard to do. Love the car cleaning ideas I've been needing to deep clean my car. Have a great weekend ❤
My kids just went back to school so now is the perfect time to get cracking and do some deep cleaning. A trait I like about myself is my empathy. It helps to view others differently when they may be acting unkind etc. You never know what someone is going through.
A trait I love about myself is that I'm always willing to jump in and help out with youth activities. I probably spend too much time doing this....but it's so rewarding.
A trait that I love about myself is my perseverance during the really rough times. I know I have a lazy streak and sometimes it gets the best of me when times are good or relaxed, but when it really counts, I can always regain control and get disciplined to make sure I make it through the rough times. I just wish I could maintain that discipline more easily when things chill back out haha.

Thanks for more great cleaning motivation! I definitely need to purge in EVERY area of our house. Clothes, bathroom items, kitchen cabinets, laundry room... all the things! As far as a trait of mine, I would say I always look out for everyone and help where I can. Especially the "underdog" or the person that others might ignore or shy away from- I always make sure to include and give them a hand. I was the shy quiet kid growing up and I always appreciate when someone notices and includes me. Kindness is contagious! ❤❤ Thanks Jamie!!

Jamie I'm so glad you did this video bc it reminded me of some of the hacks you use that i forgot about! Im all for making it easier and faster! A trait i like about myself is my thoughtfulness. Wether its finding the perfect gift for someone, sending a card to someone having a hard time, or my favorite thing which is bringing over dinner to someone who had a baby or had surgery or just needed it. It makes me feel so fulfilled and proud of myself.

Hey jamie, i like never giving up, i have 4 years old son, along with my work its sometimes really hard to cope up with my schedule, after so much stress cleaning cooking, managing, i never give up trying to be a better mom and a wife. I know am not doing 100% most of the time but, but, but atleast am not at zero%. And i consider this as an achievement, my family is not in united states, so i have to be my own motivation most of the time. So not giving up after melt down, tears and depression is the thing i like about me.
