Her 1st skill removing her passive is the problem because people use that in almost all situations and without her passive fully maxed her ult is underwhelming.
Also wanted to ask does the s2 Gaosh skill page 2 turn poison dot immunity for everyone?

we will be trying noelle as a DPS, tank, with rill, vanessa, grey, finral. anything that might work will be tried. Nothing is absolute about noelle until we have gotten all the footage.

So we need grey and finral which are both light units so mono teams aren’t dead it’s just going to change from mono red/green to 3 light units and yuno at that point it’s a mono team also they had one shot at reviving this game and they release a extremely underwhelming unit
The description of her passive and dupe passive if I'm not mistaken it can only activate when she is the only defender in the team, well I guess is a way to force players to change meta
shes not a bad unit but the issue remains is it worth sacrificing a full mono team just to include Valk noelle

This Noel is on par with Yuno, as the lowest needed S+ char for players due to the amount of investment needed AND how long she and yuno takes to build.

Lackluster unit for 1st anni , her kit should not be dependant on supports to be formidable , if anything should be the most sought after unit to compliment the others. Nah they fumbled the ball hard with this one right out the gate .
Rill is so whatever on this team, I personally think Vanessa would cook better as she gives better stuff to Noelle. I think Nozel would be interesting I just wish his DoT stuff was out to test fully. Yuno does good damage but i don't really think he's the play it just feels incredibly lack luster for two units with max investment. Your essentially just stalling the match with them and I think Noelle is lacking some damage supports that buff her damage. So I'm rather curious how well Gauche would be with her.

If you're new to the game I'd build Black Asta → Julius → Noelle
Black Asta and Julius help TONS with PvE
If you mean for PvP it's a completely different story and it's completely subjective, depends on what units you have and what your preferred playstyle is

Max Black asta and get Witch Queen for PVP, they are the scariest duo still in arena defense, as a mono green user i'm not scared of Black Asta alone at all, but if WQ is with him i won't even dare to attack, also don't forget to give speed gear to WQ and make her as tanky as you can can

Wow, now i m second guessing myself if it's even worth pulling for yuno and noelle. I originally was not going to pull for yuno, but now I see noelle, and i really dont want to pull on any of them.
Agreed...they both seem underwhelming. Better to just save for future banners like Dark Asta.
She has a poor design if she needs specific supports to be playable. Characters like Mereleona can fit in to most teams and shine on their own. Black asta is always great but yeah becomes broken with queen. There are alot of supports that are great in any team, like Green Charlotte. This noel will probably shine in one specific team and not be seen in any other comp wich is kind of sad.

I have said time and time again while talking about noelle that Valk's team would be just an ADDITION to the meta for now and mono teams would still be in meta. Mono removal will be a gradual thing and not an instantaneous one. You cant remove 5 teams from existence because of 1 unit lmao

+ The only reason mono is good is due to special buffs it gives( the Devs recognised their mistake they won't be giving any more buffs to mono teams )

It's funny to me to see people's pessimism with Noelle, focusing only on the PVP. I understand that it is the "end game content", but since seeing her Set, it is clear that Noelle is designed for PVE.
Certainly, with a 24% base critical rate, you don't take it to 100% minimum, I think it's a big mistake. I think she would work well on a critic-focused set.
why would she be designed for pve when its the easiest thing to clear, there is no hard pve content plus her literal passive is pvp focused, same with her page also why would they design a character for pve when the game is dying and one of the issues is mono teams
Literally no one cares about a pve focused unit. PVE is mind numbingly easy.

As of rn we can't really run with any other dps and there won't be another dps for at least 3 more weeks. If someone can replace yuno, then all the better
