Ya Froppy is Ochaco but a menace to society. Froppy ain't a fighter like Bakugo, but she both good at reviving her team when she use her frog touge n 1 v 1ing her can be a pain in the ass if u don't know how to deal with her spider tongue n invisibility touge shot

I haven’t played this game (thinking about getting it though) but I think I can try giving a strategy for Froppy just at a surface glance, along with similar character archetypes from different games.
Froppy looks like a sort of ninja centric stealth-ambush character. Relying on that camouflage and high (albeit unorthodox) mobility to ambush and bewilder opponents.
I recommend using the range of her tongue shot to snipe at opponents from a safe distance or grapple to high ledges quickly (using camouflage to get into a better position). When engaging in close range combat (which I suggest not doing frequently until you learn her weird looking hit boxes for melee attacks) employ hit and run tactics. Jump in, get some cheap shots, then get the hell out. Characters like Froppy usually have low health and defense, relying on their movement for survival just as much as they do for offense. If Froppy is as much of a glass cannon speedster as I think, the difference between success and failure is knowing how to pick your battles.
that pretty much how you have to play her, hit and run while staying close to the team in order to get a quick revive
Its free and doesnt take up much storsge place so no good reason not to try it
