its unspeakably challenging to care for a loved one this way, my gramma passed 2.5 months ago and I already struggle with perpetual sadness for the suffering of the world, and after helping my mom care for. her, something shifted and I became even more filled with sadness and grief. I wish you and your mom all the best and much healing. it seems like all of us that feel things so deeply are either shifting out of this physical reality or being called to find the warrior within, and its all very exhausting.

Saw myself standing on top of a mountain and I had wings,the sun was setting and then my spirit animals started to appear,first the 🦅 then the 🐺 started running around me in a circle to clear all the negative energy and build a circle of protection at the same time.. my ancestors apeared before me saying "we're here with you,we believe in you,let go and let the rain wash away your tears and all the pain..I started to cry..then in my vision I let out like a primal scream..wooah..and this was just the beginning. My eyes became like shining Emeralds and then she came,my beautiful black panter,her eyes looked like mine.. a butterfly landed on my shoulder and another flew around me. I was 5 minutes in and felt so lonely and so isolated and it intentionally brought my attention to that fact. Like no one understands me and no one to talk to about these things. So lonely I literally cried. It wasn't a sadness, it was an isolate feeling.

Wow this is fast....i just feel like my higher heart chakra is too heavy. Then a voice said "its in your heart and you know it" Then i saw myself laying in an empty room that is white...there was someone kneeling down next to me with their hands on their laps. I was in agony and my heart was pushed out of my chest and it had a thick gunky layer that had hardened. It literally tore open and there was a new fresh clean heart and then i started crying. I know a lot of trauma is stored in my heart chakra. What a vision i'm crying.
