Just keep trying at it! No limits is a good place to practice cuz they can't complain about your picks and you have a plethora of heads to try and shoot. Lots of Symmetras, so it's better practice. I practiced my aim like that and got better all around. I hope you can do the same!
Just look, he doesn't need to make ultradifficult flicks to be effective, just has to make the shots enemies give him. He gets almost every easy headshot, and these are what make him the best, at least imo.

Widow is my 2nd most played (Reaper being 1st) and sometimes I play really well, but other times I feel like I'm over-predicting movement for shots.
