Very enjoyable podcast. It's impossible to overstate the importance of NEU!, not just their influence on major artists, but for amateur musicians too. Interesting the comment about not having much time to record the first album, and not being able to fuss over the detail - so different from now where we can fuss at an almost infinitely small level of a single digital sample! I keep going back to listen to all 3 original albums, sometimes for ideas, sometimes just to listen and enjoy!
