Dude this game literally gives newbies steroids. Also ut sands is pretty beginner friend with passive g gain at early g levels and abilities to get easier exp. This game gives extra stats and you can always let a scissors or storyshift carry. It appears you are simply bad at dodging.

The speed buff is only really viable against characters that are close-mid range. Also, the fuck you mean by abilities to gain exp faster? All sands gives once you join as a new player is a pat on the shoulder and passive g until like 100g.
