- As the spawn is in full swing down here in florida, my home lake on the St. Johns River did not disappoint. Justin and I had a nice bag of 4 and 5 pounders totaling to about 20 pounds. We also caught some smaller buck bass as well. Such an awesome day and definitely one we wont forget!

What boat you fishing out of
I'm fishing out of a tracker topper 1436. Fun little jon boat.
Some seriously solid fish here! Glad I found yall I'll be watching for more! 👍
Thank you! I appreciate the support! 🙌🏼
Another awesome day, congrats! I have a place just south of Lake George and I usually crappie fish this time of year but you got me wanting to catch something bigger. LOL
The bass are on fire everywhere in florida right now. Go catch them up!
Really enjoy watching ur vids man! Keep up the good work. Are you pegging that speed worm?
Thank you, I appreciate it! No I dont peg the weight. I like having it free slide. I havent really experimented pegging it all that much though.
Another great day chris, do you know what the water temp was?
Thanks! I dont know what the water temp was. I dont have any electronics on my boat yet but I'll start recording the water temp the old fashioned way.
Nice vid man! I love the fact that you dont need a huge expensive boat to catch fish, I do just fine out of my 14 jon. Again cool video dude!👊
Thank you!
You really dont but those boats sure are nice though. Makes the ride in rough days a bit more pleasant lol.
How deep is both canals
Not sure. I dont have a depth finder on my boat yet.
Sweet brother! I've got a question. Are you using the regular uv speed worm or the mag? ,and what pound test are you using? Thank you Chris.
Thank you! I like using the mag and I use 15 or 20 pound fluorocarbon.
Thank you Chris
Are you allowed to put in at the ramp by the houses or is that private? Google doesn't say if its public or not
You’re allowed to put in that ramp over there but there’s a $5 fee. Have fun out there. This is the time of the year where things start to heat up on that lake!
@@ChrisMitchellFishing gotcha that's worth the price just in gas to get there lol. Yeah I was out yesterday and had a lot of bites but got short struck on almost everything. They took 5 swimbait tails yesterday 😂
Dang well at least you’re getting bit. Let me know how it goes when you get back out there again!
