📌INGREDIENTES:
500 gr. Pechuga de pollo
1 diente de ajo
Jengibre en polvo
Jugo de 1/2 limón
1 huevo
1 cucharada de salsa de soja
Maicena para rebozar las pechugas
Aceite de girasol para freir
📌PARA LA SALSA DE LIMÓN:
200 ml. Agua
1 cucharada de azúcar
1 cucharada de miel
3 cucharadas de jugo de limón
1 cucharada de maicena
6 gotas de salsa de soja
1/2 cucharadita de sal
Ralladura de 1/2 limón
📌INGREDIENTS:
500 gr. chicken breast
1 clove of garlic
Ginger powder
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 egg
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Cornstarch to coat the breasts in batter
Sunflower oil for frying
📌FOR THE LEMON SAUCE:
200 ml. Water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon of honey
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
6 drops of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 lemon zest
