Im glad theyre making Phil more soft as a character. Its more realistic. He can sometimes be written as one dimensional when certain writers make him angry and miserable all the time
Phil’s always helped Alfie out over the years like with Dalton and when Alfie had a brain tumour back in 2015 Phil went to the hospital with him to support him and Phil’s definitely gotten softer as the years have went on.
@@mickjones5937 Wouldn’t say he was a nice bloke but he was definitely kinder than he is now. Phil always had that bully mentality, it didn’t come out of nowhere.

Wow. So alfie can be serious. First scene since he's been back that I actually like him. Keep him this way, not acting like 5 year old. He needs to grow up.
I've enjoyed the Phil and Alfie scenes as of late, the "death threat" at the end wasn't really necessary especially as it looked like they were building more of a civil dynamic between each other, and the scene could have probably ended more lightheartedly but I reckon they might build some sort of a friendship especially with Alfie's storyline coming up. Even though Phil has pushed Alfie around quite a bit and doesn't seem to hold him in very high regard I think a small part of him has a little respect for him deep down.
Yeah Phil was most likely just implying that he’d hurt Alfie much worse than Tommy did. Don’t think it was an actual death threat but Dannii could still include it in his compilation lol
That gangster line was probably the cheesiest line here tbh. People claiming "he's not supposed to be a gangster" when show keeps writing these lines in.
