As always, what we need comes to us in the perfect time. I am just now discovering your video series in my journey to delve into I Am awareness. ACIM intersected with me as I was studying Aaron Abke's youtube presentations. I wanted to begin consuming A Course in Miracles but asked for a simpler introduction to it, since reading the text was feeling a bit disjointed for me. Your interpretation and explanation of the material is so easy to follow, and your openness about sharing your own learnings is very powerful. I am grateful for your effort and energy you put into this work and for giving it freely to everyone on TH-cam. I just wanted to thank you. I am enjoying these hour long sessions and it is giving me a great jumping off place for diving into the ACIM books. You're a great teacher! 🙏💜

I was thinking about this myself today and the last week I thought here I am a certain number I don't feel it I dance wild and crazy but I can look and see there's been some changes and you're right I have not changed that at all
Feelings like fear can be looked at as subjective or objective. Fear is subjective when there is no danger. Fear that warns us that danger is near is objective.
Ego came from us believing others Shadows. When my grandmother called me a whore I believed her. I was 10 years old 🤷🏼♀️. Just one example. My sister saw how this hurt me and hurt people hurt people. Today I not only love me, I like me also. I am my sunshine.

Can I practice a course in miracles lessons and do transcendental meditation as well everyday or should I stick to one practice?
