Gundogan: We’ll deal with disappointment of Aguero absence
Pep Guardiola’s side once again demonstrated our predatory instincts, racking up a remarkable 102 goals across the season.
It was the third time that City had chalked up a century of Premier League strikes, following our similar achievement in the 2013/14 and 2017/18 seasons.
And, not surprisingly, the latest feat saw City once again finish the season as England’s leading scorers.
Gabriel Jesus got the ball rolling 25 minutes into the opening game away at West Ham where we won 5-0, while Kevin De Bruyne rounded things off with our last goal in another 5-0 triumph, this time at the Etihad over Norwich on the final day of the season.
There were plenty of incredible strikes in between with Raheem Sterling emerging as our top scorer.
The winger netted 20 league goals in a remarkable individual campaign, becoming the first English player to achieve that distinction since Brian Kidd in the 1976/77 season.
Sergio Aguero (16) and Gabriel Jesus (14) were our next highest scorers with 13 players in all finding the target over the 38 games.

We didnt win this season, but hopefully we will be stronger next season by signing Nathan Ake and Ferran Torres and possibly Koulibly. But all in all, 102 goals is good for 2nd place

He didn't. This type of assists relies heavily on the attacker. If Raheem didn't make the run, it wouldn't work. Most of KDB's assists are thanks to attackers that are making excellent runs. Of course that doesn't change the fact that KDB has incredible vision.

They train alot of that i' trainings if you see closely There's alot lf goals made like that where right winger open the room for KDB by taking with him cupple defenders when he go deep right then he pass the ball to kevin and he got a free place to send the ball , and other players they probably trained tp receive it or get ready as soon as they see right winger start that strategy , it looks random but its all strategies
KDB is the workhorse in the midfield...just like David Silva was in the past...man I’m gonna miss David tho what a career and what a legacy!!!
